Julie couldn’t make it because she’s sick (and not in a good way), but Amy and Steve were on, with a cameo from Eric in North Dakota (on a treadmill no less).
Amy mentioned hand warmers; seem very cool: WonderWarmers. She also solved the riddle of the male wind-panties, from REI and Sugoi. And Eric sent on some suggestions concerning traction control, from Surefoot, YakTrax, and 32North.

Good idea for a show! I don’t know if I’ll be able to call in (probably will be on the treadmill (ironically due to weather!)) but I will definitely be listening. Having spent the last twenty years running in North Dakota, I have a shit ton of hard earned experience in extremely cold, snowy, and icy weather. If I can call in I will. Have a good show!
