Episode 33: Ari in Vermont, Joe in Albany, Frank all about town

Ari had a tough race in Vermont, but came back a week later for a nice PR in the Celebrate Israel 4 miler. Joe struggled through one-loop of the Memorial Day Races at Van Cortlandt. And Frank, well he did (with Emmy) the Van Cortlandt thing and he did the Celebrate Israel thing. And in the meantime, Joe worked at the Freihofer’s Women’s 5K on Saturday, in Albany. The winning time: 15:19. Did you know that Joannie wears a Kenyan-flag bracelet?
